Privacy Policy

Effective date:

In short

  • has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email or any other personal details.
  • Your scores and settings are saved only on your device.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device data, such as your advertising ID, to show and measure ads.
  • If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy options.

1. Who we are

("the Game") is a mobile puzzle game made by ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is handled when you play the Game and what choices you have. Questions: .

2. Information stored on your device

The Game saves the following on your device only. It is never sent to us:

  • Game progress and statistics: best score, runs played and completed, crystals.
  • Settings: sound, vibration, reduced motion, language, and which tips you have already seen.

You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the Game.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game is free and supported by ads: a small banner, and optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for in-game bonuses (for example an extra Undo). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. When ads are requested or shown, Google may collect and process:

  • Device identifiers such as the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where allowed);
  • IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived;
  • Device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version);
  • Ad interactions (impressions, clicks, whether a rewarded ad was watched to the end);
  • Diagnostic data about ad performance.

Google uses this to deliver, measure and, where you have allowed it, personalize ads, and to prevent fraud. We do not receive your advertising ID or any other data that identifies you. We only see aggregated reports, such as how many ads were shown.

4. Your choices and consent

EEA, UK and Switzerland

On first launch the Game shows a consent message provided by Google (Google's User Messaging Platform). You can accept, reject or customize how your data is used for ads. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized or limited ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options inside the Game.

Everyone

  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads) lets you reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking lets you stop apps from asking to track you.
  • You can review Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, personalized advertising is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Non-personalized ads and fraud prevention rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the Game free and secure. Data stored only on your device is needed to provide the Game you asked to play.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, KVKK in Türkiye, or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data for targeted advertising. Because we do not hold personal data about you, most requests are best handled through the choices in section 4 or directly with Google. You can still contact us and we will help. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Retention and security

Data on your device stays there until you delete it. Data collected by Google is kept under Google's own retention policies. Ad data travels over encrypted connections handled by Google's software.

9. International transfers

Google may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, using safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add features or services. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Please check it from time to time.
